• There are numerous polices that the government has announced as a preventive measure to reduce unemployment.  
• To reduce the demand deficient unemployment demand side policy strategy are developed. Meanwhile supply side policies are being developed by the government to reduce nature rate of unemployment.
• Increasing aggregate demand and economic growth rate, fiscal policy is fruitful in reducing unemployment. Monetary policies are strategized which helps in lowering down the interest rate thereby decreasing the cost of borrowing and encouraging to invest more.
• This helps in raising GDP. It is working on reducing the power of trade nations which will help in solving real wage unemployment.
