There were many measures taken by the Belgian government
)The ministers of both the French and Dutch speaking were made equal in the central government. Now a majority of both the ministers were to be considered so that no individual community could take a decision unilaterally.
)A community government was organised for both the individual communities to look after their own interests.
)A new government in the capital Brussels was made.
)Most of the powers of the central government were given away to the state government. Now the state government was not subordinate to the central government.
