When bolls careying oxyhaemoglobin enters any tissue,the amount of co2 is less in blood while the amount of co2 is more in tissue.so co2 mives from higher concentration to lower concentration adobe as from tissues to vlood similary the amount of o2 is more in blood while less in tissue hence it also moves from blood to tissues...so in this way gaseous exchange take place.
