explain the mechanism of blood clotting?

Heyaa folk,

Blood clotting :

We can call blood clotting as blood coagulation also. So, the blood clothing i.e. coagulation is process by which blood changes to the gel from the liquid state. It refers to form a clot to stop bleeding. It is a complex process.

Thus, mechanism of blood clotting includes -
Activation, deposition, adhesion, and many other processes. It completes i.e. occurs with the help of many clotting factors like, enzymes, calcium ions, platelets, etc.

Hope it helps u :)

Anonymous: snevillus please dont be rude he did mention the mechanism materials he is helpful , he is helping us being a mod he gains nothing in return so lets not fight my friend:) may be he was in a hurry do he didnot answer properly when he reads the question again i sure he would be marvellous :) lets give him chance shall we mistakes do happen lets not fight over it , it will be corrected sooner by him friend:)

BLOOD CLOTTING / COAGULATION OF BLOOD
                                       AT THE SITE OF INJURY:

                             THE CASCADE PROCESS :

Ok to start the mechanism story
To start first :

STEP 1:      THE INJURY

STEP 2:  THE PLATELET ACTIVATION

In the blood there are these material which are always circulating which help in coagulation of blood at the site of damage the factors which help are:
1.) RBC AND WBC
2.) PLATELETS
3.)FIBRINS
4.)CLOTTING FACTORS
5.)COLLAGEN
6.) AND VON WILLEBRAND FACTOR

most of the above mentioned are proteins accept for rbc , wbc and platelets

When a tissue gets damaged the above mentioned factors which are always wandering in the blood get signaled and they try their best to clot , in a cascade manner

1.)firstly the platelets in the surrounding get attached at the site of the injury , this process is made possible when the von willebrand factor gets attached to the collagen in the ruptured tissue ( they both are present in the tissue it self) this complex of von  willebrand factor and collagen further get attached to the platelet which is brought near the damaged tissue , this binding is the indication of the platelet to change its shape --to a dendritic form

2.) The  dendritic form of platelets is the pioneer stage of activation .These activated platelets release the prothrombotic molecules like ADP  which make it possible for many more platelets to stick around now the rbc and the fibrins stick together forming a clot

THIS IS THE SIMPLE PHYSIOLOGICAL PROCESS TO GO DEEP LETS SEE ABOUT THE FACTORS AND THE CASCADE REACTION OF EXTRINSIC AND INTRINSIC PATHWAYS: THESE PATH WAYS MAKE POSSIBLE FOR ABOVE MENTIONED PHYSIOLOGICAL PROCESS

these pathways include many clotting factors which go on activating one another continuously and simultaneously so these to pathways merge at certain time produce factor XA this very important

i attached a picture below for the process the factors are given below if atall you didnt understand please feel free to ask
