nose----nasal cavity-----larynx------------trachea-----------bronchi-------lung------------bronchioles ----------alveoli
the exchange of gases takes place in alveoli.only a thin membrane separates the air in alveoli from the blood in capillaries .oxygen diffuses into the blood and co2 diffuses out
thn the carbon dioxide follows the inverse route and get out through our nose
