Hey mate , here's your answer

Cleaning action of soap

When we dissolve soap in water , it forms a colloidal solution in which the soap molecules clusters to form spherical micelle . In a micelle , the soap molecules are arranged radially with the hydrocarbon section pointing inward and the ionic portion pointing outward . When we put the dirty cloth in the soap solution , the dirt and grease present in the dirty cloth get attached to the hydrocarbon section whereas the ionic portion get attached to the water . So when the dirty cloth is agitated , the grease and oil enteapped by the soap micelle get washed along with the water .

I hope you like my answer..........

CLEANING ACTION OF SOAP

--------------------------------------------

When a dirty cloth is dipped in a soap or detergent solution, ionic heads which are water soluable get attached to the water molecules. Then, the non-polar hydrocarbon tails get attached to the dirt particles present on the surface of the dirty clothes. This cluster of soap molecules is called micelle.oil and greece particles enter the soap micelles and dissolve in it. The soap micelle traps the dirt particles. The repelltion b/w the negatively charged polar heads trapping each of the smaller fragments of dirt does not allow them to recombine. Dirt particles get dispersed in water and are removed from the cloth.
