O2 From the nose to nasal chamber to trachea to bronchiole moves to alveolus which is lined with the blood vessels carrying deoxygenated blood . The deoxygenated blood has higher partial pressure of CO2 and less partial pressure of O2 and diffusion of gases takes place .
