First of all, this mechanism, the mechanism of hearing is pretty simple to understand. ... Sound waves enter the outer ear and travel through the external auditory canal until they reach the tympanic membrane, causing the membrane and the attached chain of auditory ossicles to vibrate. These Vibrations are then transported to the brain. This Making us hearing a voice.

First the sound travels to the outer ear called pinna next it pass to ear drum through ear tube. Next from ear drum it pass to middle ear where three cavity bones are placed in such a that it moves when sound hits them next to inner ear it passes through the hairs and fluids and become electric pulses and go to brain by auditory nerve
