Answer:

A reflex, or reflex action, is an involuntary and nearly instantaneous movement in response to a stimulus. A reflex is made possible by neural pathways called reflex arcs which can act on an impulse before that impulse reaches the brain.

Answer:

Reflex Action is automatic and rapid action of our body with response stimulus immediately when signal is received by spinal cord.

Our reflex Action is controlled and managed by Spinal cord.

Example-

When a person is happened to touch any hot object then immediately our Spinal cord send signal to muscle to pull out our hand from hot object. This is Reflex Action.
