Answer:

Message which was given by Rizal:

Rizal fervently wished for Filipino women to have the same possibilities for education as males in the letter. Furthermore, he exhorted women to uphold their rights and resist the numerous injustices that were being imposed upon them. Men and women are both born equally. Jose Rizal also made the point in the letter that he was sure he would one day get back at the Spaniards who had mistreated and brutalized the Filipinos. Rizal exposes the wrongdoings carried out by some Spaniards against Filipinos in his writings, particularly in his two novels, and promises that those responsible will be held accountable by being punished, imprisoned, or put to death if necessary.

Main message by Rizal:

In the nineteenth century, the Philippines was colonized by the Spanish, and there they were forced to work as slaves. Spanish colonizers brutally enslaved, persecuted, and tormented the Filipino people. Rizal's central idea is supported by the concepts of justice and revenge.

So, this was the message of the letter given by Rizal to his beloved sister.
