Explanation:

Plants also excrete metabolic waste products just like any other organism. ... Some of these wastes are stored in the leaves which later droop and wither away. Carbon dioxide or gaseous wastes are eliminated through stomata. Some other forms of wastes can be excreted into the soil.

Removal of the waste products by the plants products by the plants or other living organisms is called excretion. Plants remove waste material by the process of diffusion

The process of excretion in plants is known as diffusion. Actually plants use their waste products for their survival and production. In plants there are two types of metabolism pathways. They are :-1)Primary metabolism pathway=it produces product of carbohydrates, sugar, ATP, amino acid. 2)Secondary metabolism pathway=it produces such as Alkaloids, Terpenoids, Phenols, Flavonoids etc. Most of secondary metabolism pathway consists of waste products but not all. Carbon dioxide and other gaseous are eliminated through the stomata. Some other may be excreted into the soil.
