The minimum wage act is also known as NREGA 2005. National Rural Employment Guarantee Act 2005. It states that every rural person will get assured 100 days of employment. If the government fails to give job in 7 days then daily employment wages will be given to the people. Thai was first implemented in 200 districts but after it was implemented in 600 districts.
