i) Fission:- When mother bodies breaks into daughter bodies, then this mode of reproduction is called fission

Binary Fission: - When a mother body breaks into two daughter bodies, then it is called binary fission

 E.g Amoeba, Paramecium etc.

Multiple Fission:- When a mother body breaks into many daughter bodies, then it is called multiple fission

E.g Plasmodium

(ii) Budding:- When special structure is formed in mother’s body called bud which leads to formation of daughter bodies after getting matured and detaching itself from parent body. This process is called budding

                   E.g Hydra

          Hydra used regenerative cells from reproduction

(iii) Sporulation:- Under unfavorable condition body is covered by three layered cyst in which new cells are formed which are called spores which leads to formation of daughter individuals when condition becomes favorable.

E.g Fungi

The tiny blob-on-a-stick involved in the reproduction are called sporangia

 (iv) Fragmentation:- When mother body breaks into smaller fragments which form fragmentation.
