HELLO DEAR FRIEND
NEWTON THIRD LAW OF MOTION ↩↩
==> IFone object exerts a force on another object, then the second object exerts an equal and opposite reaction force on the first.
When a swims he pushes water by applying force with legs and hands due to which water also exert an equal and opposite force to the swimmer and it helpe to move forward easily.☺☺ ✌✌✌
HOPE IT HELPS YOU DEAR FRIEND
