Answer:

Without laws, the world won't be as we know it. In fact, many things could go wrong. As one knows, humans have a natural tendency to see the people they hate suffer and die. If there are no laws humans would go ahead and kill, toture and do many other harmful things to the people they hate.Humans can also be very egoistic and this an also lead to the suffering innocent people. Human ambition can lead people to become insensitive and if there are, no laws this ambition will lead to destruction in various ways like experimenting in innocent creatures. In short, people would end up destroying themselves more quickly. Thus, forming laws is necessary. Laws give people a guidance as to what is right and what is not. They are a series of checks and balances that protect humans from themselves. However, law is not always right. There can be laws that are ethically wrong [ if you have examples here give]. So, in conclusion, forming laws is necessary however, one must keep in mind that those laws should be ethical.
