Ohms law states that under certain condition( constant temperature) electric current is directly proportional to potential difference applied across its ends.

When physical property of any conductor remains constant then,
V is directly proportional to I
hence,
V=IR
R is Resistance.
V is directly proportional to I
hence,
V=IR
R is Resistance.
