The print preview toolbar offers you the following options:

Print

Bring up the print dialog box, to start a print job. To print the page(s) displayed, select the 'Selection' radio button in the 'Print range' field. Click here for more information on print options.

Next Page

Preview the next printed page. You can also use the PageDown button on your keyboard to go to the next page.

Prev Page

Preview the previous printed page. You can also use the PageUp button on your keyboard to go to the previous page.

Note: viewing the contents of a page

When viewing a report, you can use your mouse or the UpArrow and DownArrow buttons on your keyboard to scroll up and down.

One Page / Two Page

Preview one or two printed pages at a time.

Zoom In

Take a closer look at the printed page.

Zoom Out

Take a larger look at the printed page.

Close

Return from print preview to the editing window.

Go to page:
