Hello!!
Acidity is inversely proportional to Basicity!
And Basicity @ "Electron Rich!"
therefore, As primary alcohol has only one electron releasing group which Means there is small cloud of electron as we go up means secondary, tertiary, due to +Induction effect acidic character decreases from tertiary > secondary > primary!!
