IN SOLIDS---PARTICLES ARE TIGHTLY PACKED VERY CLOSELY TO EACH OTHER & THEY CANNOT BE COMPRESSED

IN LIQUIDS --- PARTICLES ARE LOOSELY PACKED & ARE THEY CAN BE COMPRESSED

IN GASES -- PARTICLES ARE VERY LOOSELY PACKED & THEY CAN BE COMPRESSED VERY EASILY AS COMPARED TO SOLID & LIQUID

In solids the molecules are tightly pack

In liquid the molecules are loosely packed and are far away from each other

In gases the molecules are very far away and are very loosely packed
