Path Of Blood Circulation
At first, the left atrium of heart receives oxygenated blood from pulmonary vein.
Then the left atrium contracts, the bicuspid valve opens, and the oxygenated blood enters the left ventricle. Then the left ventricle contracts and the oxygenated blood is supplied to various parts of the body through aorta.
The right atrium receives deoxygenated blood through superior and inferior venacava. The the right atrium contracts, the tricuspid valve opens and the deoxygenated blood enters the right ventricle. Then the right ventricle contracts and the deoxygenated blood is sent to lungs through pulmonary artery.
