First -we take o2 inside in our body from our nose or mouth.
second - the air then goes to the wind pipe where treachea is which are supported by cartilage rings to help it to carry the air to the lungs.
third- the air reaches lungs and the alveoli ( last part of lungs ) where the blood capillaries exchange the gases and then the co2 is exhaled out.
