to keep treating someone badly or unfairly especially by criticizing them . mainly the people who are weaker than the others are criticized the stronger the stronger person keeps on dominating the weaker one's . criticism is made on their physical appearance , thinking ability etc . the weaker people are teased and even isolated . in short picked on me means to always bring the weak point of a person in front of everyone and try to lower their self esteem and morale and defame them
