Both terms are same in meaning as they are the upper layer of cell that separate inside surrounding of cell from outside environment....

•} Plasma membrane.
--> Plasma membrane is a membrane outermost in plant cell and inner to cell wall in plant cell.
It is made up of lipids and proteins
And is selectively permeable i.e. It only allows selective substances to pass through it.
•} Cell membrane.
-->. The semi permeable membrane surrounding the cytoplasm of a cell is known as cell membrane.
