Globalization from the point of view has positive effects as well as negative effects. It has increased the access of higher education example universities and reducing the knowledge gap in developing countries, it equally has negative aspects which can seriously threaten universities in those countries.

Positive effect of Globalisation
1) MNCs have increased their investment in India and MNC have been interested in industries such as cell phone ,automobiles, electronics and soft drinks etc

2)local companies supply raw material into the industries have also prospered

3)several top Indian companies have been able to benefit from the increased competition

4)they have invested in new technology and production method and raise their production standard

5)many large Indian companies have also emerge as multinational companies

6)globalisation has also created new jobs in the IT sector like Call Centre jobs ,data entry, accounting ,administration ,engineering etc.

Negative Impact Of Globalisation
1)small industries like a toy ,tyre, battery capacitor, plastic, dairy product and vegetable oils have been hard hit due to foreign competition

2)globalisation and the pressure of competition have changed the life of the workers workers are employed flexibly no job security long working hour and work night shift, wages are low and worker are forced to work overtime most of the worker are employed in the unorganised sector .
