Explain the prapparation of glucose from sugarcane

glucose and fructose are made from molasses ( residue of sugarcane) the further are made ethanol
C12H22O11 ( molasses ) + H2O --- (in the presence of invertase enzyme ) gives C6H12O6 ( glucose ) + C6H12O6 ( fructose )
