washing soda → when co2 is passed through brine ( sodium chloride ) solution saturated with ammonia . and some ions also present in the solution NA+, NH4+, CL-, AND HCO3- . ... Slaked lime react with chlorine to form calcium hypochlorite and it called bleaching powder.
