- Work Division - each one has their own specialization. Identifying those people and putting them separately makes the manager efficient.
- Authority - A manager must need authority above his employees to improve the employees
- Discipline - A successful administration needs discipline which is supposedly the managers' responsibility to implement
- Unity of Command - The employees should be directly supervised by the manager
- Unity of Direction - The manager has the responsibility to make each employee focus on productivity
- Subordination of Individual Interest to General Interest. The decisions taken by the manager shouldn’t be for the interest of a particular individual, instead for the collective employee betterment
- Remuneration - it is really important to acknowledge employees for their contribution and it is effectively done by proper remuneration
