Privileges of members of Parliament are in two ways such as Collective privileges and individual privileges.

Explanation:

1. Members of Parliament cannot be arrested when Parliament is in session and before and after 40 days of the session.

2. Every member has the freedom of the speech in Parliament. He can refuse or appear in the court as evidence when parliament is in session.

3. There were five sources of privileges from Constitution of India, Rules of both houses of parliament, Parliamentary conventions, judicial interpretations, and laws made by the Parliament.
