While blood flowing through artery then it exerts a pressure to the wall of artery is said to be as the blood pressure. It's expressed as a measurement with two numbers, with one number on top (systolic) and one on the bottom (diastolic), like a fraction. For example, 120/80 mm Hg(normal blood pressure). A person with blood pressure lesser than 120/80 mm Hg, is said to be having low blood pressure. Similarly, a person with blood pressure more with more than 120/80 is said to be having high blood pressure. An increase or decrease in normal blood pressure is said to be as the person is suffering from abnormalities.
