dead vegetation like animals birds humans will be buried under the ground and very deep. and it changes into fossil fuels after millions of years. and due to high pressure and temperature it forms as possible fuels , it forms very naturally. and it can not be done in laboratory by using dead vegetation this process is called carbonization.
