journey of cotton from plants to cloth is a time consuming process which has been gently Eased by the use of machine . the seeds are planted during summer flowers Bloom within a month around November and December the Cotton is harvested in the factory the raw cotton is sent to a Cotton green where the fibres are separated from the seeds and other impurities the Cotton called lens is bent into base waiting means up to 500 lbs and send to a Spinning Mill where it will be made into yarn the raw cotton is passed through various machine to further clean and blend the fibres before passing it through a carding machine drawing machine combine and twist several silver together to produce a stronger 2nd Stage yarn cloth is woven on a loan on the Loom the lengthwise yarn which from The Skeleton of the fibre is called the web rap this cloth is then treated for their to improve its appearance and died on printed as required.
