Many enzymes play imp role in dna replication
1 helicase.. It unwing the dna.. And break the hydrogen bond
2. Step.. Ssb the single stranded binding protein come and join on the unwinded part of dna to stabilize it..
Then dna polymerase.. Come and join on the dna at origin of replication.. Sight.. With this an another enzyme topoisomerase.. Join to release tge negative super coiling.. Of dna.
Then. Dna repli start on leading strand 5 to 3 and on lagging strand.. It form okazaki fragment.. Bcz ut is moving 3 to 5
Later these okazaki segment r removed
