INSTRUMENTS REQUIRED :
1. Beaker.
2. Dry grapes.
3. Sugar.
4. Tap water.
EXPERIMENT : Take a beaker and fill it with tap water. Put some dry grapes in it. The grapes will become thick now put the same grapes in sugar solution you ' ll see that they ' ll shrink.
OBSERVATION : The dry grapes will become thick because of the osmosis taking place and the grapes will also shrink due to the osmosis taking place between the sugar solution and grapes.
