the wa ter from the water bodies evaporates and goes in into air after going upwards it mixes up with cool air and form small droplets of water when this small droplets of water join together and form as. clouds when this clouds become heavier it comes down as rain

The water which is evaporating from water resources and the water which is transpirating creates a sought of weather where humidity is to it's maximum.
Then it rains.When warm air rises,it expands and cools.Cool air cant hold as much vapour as hot air,so the vapour condenses onto the dust particles in the air and forms tiny droplets around the dust particle,when millions of these particles come together then we can see a visible cloud.
