when the Pollen Grain land on the surface of the stigma this day makes the liquid to which the following in react for making a pollen tube.the Pollen tube which has the male nucleus makes way to the ovary ,when it reaches the ovary goes inside and fuses with the female gamete this process is called syngamy and the product formed is called zygote
