Industrialisation was started by british from 18th century.it was started to produce many new arms , arome , weapons ,transportation things , etc. it was opened to fight with others ,to provide employment to indian peoples. the participation in this industries by indians is also know as semi participation . the british like george walmes , robert sym , kelburt humteg , etc were the members of east india company who were ruling india. there were some opposere also for this but they were not this much powerfull to argue with them this led to lack of participation in india.
