The process of inserting an image from the clipart for instance to a word document all you need to do is to follow the following procedure.

It is quite easy;

First, Click on the file menu and then the insert menu then choose the desired picture you need or interested to use.

Then note the insert picture dialogue box then choose the location and finally choose the picture.

Click on the insert button and your picture will be inserted

Then the last step is to make adjustments on how you can edit and move the picture as well.

The image is inserted from the clipart on the word file by the following procedure:

1.  Click on the Clip Art button which has graphic images on the Insert tab in the Images section.

2. The Insert Picture dialogue box will open.

3. In the search tab, type the word that describes your search image that you want to find in the Search field.

4. Click on the Go button.

5. Scroll down and view all the image results.

6.  Chose the image which is best suited for you.
