Than you for asking question.

woolen clothes making process starts with shearing where which is gathering the fleece of animals. after this grading  done to select and separate the quallity fleece which are then compressed and packed into bundles.

Very next step is scouring in which dirt, grease and sweat are removed. This is done in 3 process washing, rinsing and drying.
Then fleece is passed through a process carding before spun into yarn. Carding machine tease the wool out into individual fiber and removed any remaining unnecessary matter. Now the fibers are combed , comping takes out the shorter fiber and lines the longer fiber parallel with one another.
Then the process of spinning done in which fibers are twisted into long , continuous thread or yarn (done with help of "spindle whorl").spinning wheel invention greatly increase the speed at which yarn is spun.
Very next process is weaving in which two sets of thread are used, one , the warp, is put onto the loom in parallel lines and the other, the weft, is taken between the warp thread. Texture and colour can be varied using different colour yarn. cloth shape can now be seen.
Then fulling  is done to clean the cloth and make it thicker. fulling can reduced size of piece of the cloth by upto third.
The second last process is stretching to stretch the cloth and to dry it ,this is done using tenterhooks.
In the last cloth is passed through finishing process for which there are many mechanised way now a day.
