- estragon of graafian follicle regulate the growth & functioning of secondary sex organ
- LH stimulates corpus luteum to secrete progesterone hormone
- progesterone stimulates further enlargement of endometrium of uterus and secretion of nutritive uterine milk from the uterine glands

When the egg produced by the ovary does not get fertilised the fertilised egg with the thickened lining of uterus are shed off. This cause bleeding in womens,It occurs once in 25-30days
