Nutrition in an Amoeba occurs through a process called phagocytosis where the entire organism pretty much engulfs the food it plans on eating up. The mode of nutrition in amoeba is known as holozoic nutrition. It involves the ingestion, digestion and egestion of food material.

Answer:

Nutrition in amobea accors in the process of phagocytosis. amobea feeds on some microscopic organisms .when it senses food pushes out pseupodia around the food particles and engulfs it the food. It became trapped in food vacule . digestive juices were secreted into the food vacule. they act on the food and break it down into simpler substances . gradually the digestive food is absorbed .the absorbed substances are used for growth and development. the undigested part of the food is thrown out from amobea by the vacule.

hope it helps
