Hello friend,
During photosyntheseis plants prepare their own food with the help of water sunlight chlorophyll and carbondioxide.
Acctually during this process they prepare their food by taking co2 by the atmosphere and water with the help of soil.Further with the hepl of sunlight which is trapped by chlorophyll it converts sunlight into mechanical energy and then after some proceses the end products are 02.water.and energy.
This is all how the process is you can also elaborate it with your knowledge .
Thankyou!

The chloroplast inside the green leaves of plants is the workshop where photosynthesis takes place. Water (H2o) is supplied to the leave by the roots, and carbon dioxide (Co2) is absorbed from the air through tiny pores on lower side of the leave. Both these are broken down in the elements Hydrogen, Carbon and oxygen with the help of chlorophyll and sunlight. Plants build glucose ( grape sugar) from these elements and oxygen is released in the atmosphere as by-product. Photosynthesis has been the source of oxygen in the air since the origin of life on the earth.
