Hey mate,
The process of synthesis protein takes two steps : transcription and translation.
Transcription takes the information encoded in DNA and encodes it into mRNA, which heads out of the cells's nucleus and into the cytoplasm.
During, Translation, the mRNA works with a ribosome and tRNA to synthesis protein.

protein is body building nutrient.
it is first digested in stomach .
in stomach gastric glasd release hcl, pepsinogen,prorenin,mucus.
here pepsinogen and prorerin are protein synthesis enzymes but in thier inactive form.
hcl makes them active and convert them into pepsin and rerin .
now pepsin digest protein into peptides,peptodes,proteoses.and renin digest milk protein in casein. after that food chyme reach small intestine there pancreatic juice Trpsin is secreted which convert those small protein in amino acid and are absorbed in body by villi
