The messenger RNA or m-RNA is produced within the nucleus of a body cell, which gradually shifts towards the cytoplasm of the cell and enters the ribosome situated in that cell.

Now this
m-RNA combines with t-RNA or transfer RNA, which is responsible for carrying amino acid molecules. Then these amino acids are tied together with the peptide bonds to produce the polypeptide chains of protein, thus completing the process of protein synthesis.
