first the clouds takes water from seas ocean and mostly u can see the clouds are more in the sea side or ocean sides.
then clouds are formed they change their cloud from white to grey if more water is there in it
then the water comes out of the clouds in form of rain because the clouds cannot hold the weight of water and hence rain comes
