Well I make u understand the concept see in most of the times our sensory organs take the information from the surrounding and then send it the brain but it is too time consuming for the actions that have to be taken urgently and for that purpose there is another mechanism called reflex acts well in this case the message recleved by the sensory organs goes back to spinal cod and then the message is sent again to the effector organ and thus the action is taken and this reduces the damage on the effector organ For example we quickly remove our hand when we touch something hot Hope this helped u ☺
