first when we breath , we inhale oxygen and after that this oxygen goes in our nasal cavity and then trachea and then it starts entering lungs towards bronchus, then broncheouluous and then it goes to lungs and in lungs , there are tiny sac like structures called alvoli cells , transfer this oxygen to each and egery part of body, through veins and by the oxygen, each cell digests its food and releases carbon di oxide and water, and carbon di oxide come out of our body in the reverse way, and this happens only in 1 Or 2 seconds
