Fe(s) + O2(g) - - - - - - > Fe2O3(Rust)

C6H12O6 +. 6O2---------->6CO2.+.6H2O (Photosynthesis)

Answer:

The process which is used by the plants in converting light energy to chemical energy is termed photosynthesis or the process of synthesis of food in plants.

The below reaction shows the process:

12 \mathrm{H}_{2} \mathrm{O}+6 \mathrm{CO}_{2}+\mathrm{SUNLIGHT}-\rightarrow \mathrm{C}_{6} \mathrm{H}_{12} \mathrm{O}_{6}+6 \mathrm{O}_{2}+6 \mathrm{H}_{2} \mathrm{O}

Mostly all iron products react with the air and moisture surrounding it. The air around it has adequate amount of oxygen which oxidizes the iron into iron oxide or ferric oxide.

\mathrm{Fe}+\mathrm{O}_{2}(\mathrm{g})-\ldots->\mathrm{Fe}_{2} \mathrm{O}_{3}(\mathrm{Rust})

The three stages of wax can be well explained with the help of a candle experiment:

  • Take a candle made of wax. This is the solid state of wax. Now light it with a matchstick.
  • The lit candle melts the wax. This liquid is actually liquid form of wax.
  • While burning candle has small fumes surround which are visible better when the candle is just blown off. The fumes nearby is wax in the form of gas.
