Sex determination in human being

Explanation:

In humans sex is determined by the presence or absence of Y chromosome, with a functional SRY gene.
Sex can be determined by the type of male haploid gamete that fuses with the female egg.
The chromosome in the 23rd pair of a male gamete can be either X or Y,
If X fuses with the egg the child is female (XX), while if Y fuses with the egg the child is male(XY).
