Explain the process of sublimation on the basis of kinetic theory.​

Sublimation occurs as molecules of a substance in the solid state go to the vapor state directly, rather than through the liquid state. There are many substances which undergo sublimation. The most common is water.

high pressurised( in low temperature)   substances like camphor , spirits sublimise in  normal temperature.

Explanation:

It happens because when the sublimable substances kept in surrounding then the substance get heated because they are pressurised in low temperature . when the substance get heated then the kinetic energy of the substance increases   (because heat increase the kinetic energy) then it overcomes the molicular attraction and sublimise in to air
