Answer:

Never judge a book by it's cover means never judge something or someone so quickly by looking at it 's outward apperance . A thing which looks good from outside may be rotten from inside and here many wise people fail to make the right choice ...The thing which looks unattractive from outside may prove to be more helpful to you .....

Let us take eg of book

a book which is dusty and book which is very cleaned with attractive cover which one would you like to choose ??

If u say book sith attractive cover then here is where you failed you judged it from outward apperance but you never treid yo open it and see at it 's content .But now it is time for big relevation the book which you rejected was publishes in 2005 and read by more than 8 people who marked many imp points it would have proved helpful to you but you choosed clean book which no doubt clean from outside but also from inside giving you no idea of important things..

Hope it helped u....

The phrase means, never estimate someone's or something's worth by a their outer appearance. A book might have a bland cover, but the content could be really good. Likewise, it is unwise to judge something based on outer appearance.

IMP- Specially used for a person.

Use- "A man walked the streets of Venice in ragtag clothing in the middle of the Carnival. He was ridiculed and mocked at. Later, he revealed himself as the President in disguise. The citizens learnt a lesson never to judge a book by its cover."
